Wow, Great Service! 7/25/2015

We called & Bob, our tech came out almost immediately! Bob & Floyd looked at both our AC & heating units. They explained our AC replacement option also. Although we weren't planning on this right now, your plan & financing made it affordable. We like the service agreement as well. GOOD SERVICE and GREAT COMPANY!!!! Thanks Bob & Floyd. more

Very Professional 7/25/2015

Very helpful and gave me info on filters that I was not aware of. Took shoes off at the door that is important to us didn't have to ask to. Bob was great. Work on a holiday most of us didn't have to! Took time, very efficient. more

Lied to make a sale 7/20/2015

I called them to check my a/c system and get a service contract to maintain my system. Without even taking a cover off or checking anything, they told me my whole system needed to be replaced. Turned out the coils were dirty and needed to be cleaned and that was the extent of the problem. The owner himself came with Shane, the technician. I had used them in the past and didn't have an issue and they did me good but not this time. Seems like all they want to do is sell new systems, at a tremendous markup as well, and then when they promise to refund the money for the service contract, you never get it. I wouldn't trust them anymore and won't recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could skip the stars, I would. They actually get a ZERO stars from me. more

Quality Family Owned Company 7/13/2015

I live in a rental home in Tulsa. The air/heat package unit was drastically declining from years of being in service. My landlord approved A-Best Air & Heat's quote to replace the unit. This decision was made late Friday afternoon & A-Best came out first thing Sunday morning. Technicians, Cameron & Braxton arrived on schedule, had new unit installed within a few hours & even attached duct work to the front bedroom. They also leveled & cleaned area around new unit & were very professional. I will definitely recommend A-Best Air & Heat to my family & friends. They really do take care of you like they would their own mom. more

A Stands for AWESOME! 7/11/2015

Kenneth diagnosed the problem quickly, but make other checks just to get to the bottom of the problem. Discovered the unit was dirty and took the time on a hot Saturday evening to clean it himself. There aren't many left like Kenneth and A Best...A is for AWESOME!! more

Excellent Service 7/8/2015

These people are the best! From the receptionist to the repair man, the customer service was amazing! My property management company used them for my A/C repair and I will say I would recommend them to anyone. The lady I spoke with was super sweet and my repair man was quick to get there and quick to solve the problem! more

Outstanding service 6/29/2015

We had to replace our AC unit. It went out on Friday afternoon, they came out on Saturday to look things over then were here first thing Monday morning to replace our old AC unit. Cleaned up our attic better than it was before they came. Very friendly and helpful in setting up our new programmable thermostat. Would highly recommend to others. more

I'm very happy with all aspects of the service and will use them again. Quick response time, knowledgeable technician (James) who resolved the problem. the rate charged was very reasonable, especially since it was on a weekend. more

New Heat/AC Home System 6/23/2015

My old system (23 yrs old) was dying out; A Best came to my home a gave me an estimate to replace the whole system. I got bids from two other companies as well. A Best was a little bit more $$ but the professional service, product, and warranty added to that estimate was far above the rest and made it an overall great value for what I was getting. They did the job in one day and did everything - removed my old system and took it away as well. The whole thing was done to my 100% satisfaction, I will recommend A Best to everybody. more

Rob and Alex did a great job installing a complete system in my house. When the design of the house caused the system to not work at its best they solved the problem and delivered cold air. They did exactly what they promised. Thanks again guys! more

They made an unpleasant experience with no cheap fix as quick, painless, and more inexpensive than I expected. They communicated everything from diagnosis, replacement options, and installation clearly. They also have an excellent service plan to keep everything maintained so hopefully the replacement will long outlast our need for it. more

More than completely pleased and satisfied!! 6/19/2015

The tech they sent out to repair my central A/C unit was Kenneth Green, and he could not have been more pleasant, courteous, or more knowledgeable. I am 100% satisfied, to the point of getting the service contract with them to have them check my furnace later this fall. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!! more

poor service and pricing too high 6/19/2015

On the 2 x yr plan. Every time they come out keeps pushing for new heat and air units. Repair quotes are always $800. or more, for parts that don't even cost $100. and a job that takes 2 minutes to replace the part. ( and that's with the discount for being on the plan and I know about the time factor , I watched him take it out and put it back in). He took filters out, didn't replace or even put back in. After checking and "putting freon in " one air unit the air actually is not cooling as well.Staying 71 degrees and it's only 88 outside today. Would not recommend to anyone. Am cancelling service plan and calling someone else out. more
