I was sold on a service and system that was twice the price of another bid I was given. This higher price was for a more powerful system with higher SEER rating and for highly trained installers who in turn are payed higher. The system works great and A Best installed it the very next day which was great but they installed it backwards so the returns and registers were doing the opposite job. The installers had been at our house all day only for me to figure out they had done it wrong. I was told it would work fine but that they would need to come back another day to fix it. They did come fix it at no additional charge which was great but the whole point of using A Best was to have it done well, the FIRST time. When I called the salesman who helped me he explained to me that he had given me a good deal and not charged me extra for the basement install but mentioned nothing of this during the consultation. I am glad they did make everything right and they stand behind their installation but I would recommend to friends look for AC system replacement elsewhere. This is my first home so I am unsure if this is the norm but it doesn't seem like A best lived up to the price. more

Fast, fast, fast service. Very professional service. I called that morning and they were there by 3:00PM. Couldn't be more happy with these people. I bought a new central H/A unit from them and they have serviced it ever since. I would highly recommend A Best Air& Heat to everyone. more
