Honestly, I wasnt even sure if i was able to buy a house...until i called and found out that me and my wife can go shopping. Michelle put me in touch with an amazing VA Specific Realator in my area and I couldnt be happier with his performance. I even had a hard first week with my realator and Michelle and her boss Tom, called and put a foot in his A*S. We got the GOLDEN treatment after that. My area isnt very BIG on the ""out of area"" mortgage company either, but one call from Michelle and I was GOLDEN again. Anything I had a question about or a problem with, she was like a pit bull and solved it in a matter of a phone call. For Example: The house we bought was Brand New and the construction company wanted 10% up front and since VA loans are 100% financing and limited out of pocket investment, she wasnt going to let that happen. I ended up getting away with not even 1% down at signing and all my arears paid right back to me. IF IT WASNT FOR MICHELLE, I WOULD NOT BE IN MY 3K SQ.FT. CASTLE. Honestly, if your clueless about the whole mortgage process/financial info. Michelle will fill ya in. Give it a shot. Worked out for me, should for you too.
