it is always a smooth process to bring my escape in for maintenance. trust the crew at metro. they always do a thorough check--much more than a simple oil change. the price is fair. the staff if always very, very courteous. it is always a pleasure to do business with madison metro. more

The service was good and the people were very friendly. They were undergoing construction, which was an eyesore, albeit temporary. I just went for an oil change and it turns out there was a computer recall they took care of. We ended up being there for almost two hours for work we were told would only take an hour or so. more
