Our sales rep was very polite and personable. He didn't put any high pressure sales techniques on us. It was like doing business with a regular person. He took time to answer our questions and made sure we we're satisfied throughout the visit. more

I purchased my vehicle at Metro Ford (at the time Capitol Ford) and have always found the service professionals to be friendly, helpful, and competent. Though the transition of ownership Metro Ford initially concerned me, the service center continued to operate at a high level seamlessly, and the sign on the building was the only thing that changed. I have never left feeling that I have been mislead or that my car has not received exceptional care. I continue to have my car serviced at Metro Ford whenever possible, and have recomended the dealership to friends looking to purchase a car based on the exceptional service, accurate recomendations, and reasonable costs that are typically hard to find at dealership service centers. more

I have been taking my car here for service since I bought it here in 2007. Today, yet again, I got a complete oil change and tire rotation for free because of loyalty point that I didn't know I had. Thanks! more
