I was very satisfied with the service I received on 9-14-13 with the purchase of a ford f-150 and ford Taurus xl. Everyone was very helpful from the sales department to the accounting department in getting us the best offers in the vehicles we wanted. The sales department took us for test drives, answered all questions while the accounting department was very accommodating to us. more

90 minutes for an oil change (works)? The last few times I have commented how long it takes for service even with an appointment scheduled. I would hesitate to buy another vehicle from Metro Ford just because of the slow service. And no one seems to do anything about it. Same slow service time over and over. more
