Sales people with good listenting skills and make fair deals. 12/14/2013

All three members of Metro, Sales person, sales manager and finanical person were all good at listening to what our needs were and offered us alternatives to fit our needs. They respected us and were fair in making a deal with us. My husband and I were both very pleased with our Metro experience. It was a five star experience. more

Oil and filter change package was completed promptly, but Tech didn't return lock nut to car after rotating tires. This was resolved by dealer call the same day! more

I had plenty of other offers lined up for a new ford focus. After calling Metro and working with them for a while they helped me realize that the other dealers were not giving me the whole deal. Metro worked hard to get me a great price and I will return to them in the future. more
