Brake Repairs and Oil Change 8/29/2013

My f150 4x4 needed brake pad replacement. Due to the condition of the brake fluid, it was recommended that the system be flushed and new fluid added. This was done timely and I was out the door and on my way. One Happy customer. more

Options 8/28/2013

I had my 2001 Mercury Moutaineer serviced at Metro Ford. It turned out that they confirmed my suspicion that the differential would have to be rebuilt. They were optimistic that the job could be completed in three days. It wasn't but I have had this problem before with another vehicle and it took them a full business week to complete the job. So, they exceeded my expectations on one hand but were a little short on the time estimate. That being said the job was successful and the annoying hum is gone from my differential. Since the service team explained my options to me and confirmed my decision for repair rather than replace the vehicle I felt that it was the right decision for all involved. more

Excellent and Friendly service 8/25/2013

The lease on our 2012 Ford Explorer was coming to an end in 6 months. Our salesman, Fred Fahey, gave us a call letting us know of a deal through Ford for getting a new vehicle. He and the sales manager Don were very helpful in finding us the exact vehicle that we were looking for and at the price that we wanted to pay. This was the 4th vehicle that we have dealt with Fred on. The experience was a very positive and friendly one. more

One mistake was made. It's called human error, no problem, it was taken care of promptly after showing & telling. Observation: C Max module upgrade. Ther trip odometers will need resetting, clock, cruise preference, ect. your mpg will be about 4 mpg less for about 85 miles of stop & go driving & then it will magically get terrific mpg & the monitoring displays will act normal. I hope this not just a fluke & it stays this way. tlk more
