Prompt, pleasant service 1/6/2014

I brought my 2012 Ford Focus in for a routine oil change. They found what appeared to be a nail, it turned out to be just the broken off stub of a pushpin and didn't charge us for taking it out or checking on the tire. The service was prompt and the employees (including Michelle Hill) were exceptionally pleasant. more

Salesman Was awesome, Manager not so much 1/2/2014

Bought a new to me car there. a one year old model. Our salesman was great but his manager rubbed me the wrong way. THEN I only got one key and they want me to pay 240 for another one. Don't think I will buy another car there. more

Quality vs Price 1/1/2014

I had my car serviced at the dealership last week and my impression is the guys did a good job. They brought up the issues to my attention, explained what it meant and took care of my vehicle. My only issue was the price. Five stars for the service, three stars for the price. more
