BE WARY...STRONGLY advise everyone NOT TO USE this company for air con problems. They will tell you they can't fix the problem and the whole unit needs to be replaced. They are very pushy in getting you to buy a new unit and WON'T TAKE THE TIME to explain or write down what the problem is. Very UNPROFESSIONAL attitude. Other companies can fix same problem at a fraction of the cost.
