After having had our well pump replaced last week, we noticed that our water pressure seemed low. We called Woodfin, who had installed the new pump, and they promptly scheduled a followup appointment. Keith, who had done annual checkups on our whole house maintenance contract before, was the responding technician. He confirmed that the problem was with the pressure tank, and in reasonably good time, he replaced the tank (the bladder in it had failed) and made several updates and improvements to the fittings between the pump and tank and between the tank and the rest of the plumbing coming into the house. This work was all done with efficiency and with helpful explanations from Keith about what he was doing each step of the way. I found Keith, and almost all of the other Woodfin technicians who do work at our house, to be thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. And, because it was considered a followup to an earlier service, there was a discount on the usual cost of such a call and installation.
