Woodfin team member Ryan E. (#116) arrived for our seasonal inspection, and promptly got to work, checking what was necessary, and answering all questions and explaining "what and why" he was doing. He was friendly yet professional and careful around our furniture. He also checked the outside units, and explained what we heard as the unit switched on and off, putting any concerns at ease. He wrote up all this information. It was a very positive interaction; we are quite happy with Woodfin and their technicians.
