Patrick called to advise of his time to arrive.Upon arriving he identified who he was and what he needed to do.He completed his job and everything was left neat and clean. he was very professional with his work. I would highly recommend him and Woodfin. more

Excellent service 1/16/2017

Robert Brown, Woodfin Service Technician, was dispatched to our home to diagnose a leaking humidifier. He was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The leak was intermittent and he was able to research come up with a solution. Before he left, he "googled" his solution and it was correct! Excellent job, Robert! more

Woodfin Oil Maintenance Service 1/13/2017

I received a call from Woodfin recommending that I get my furnace checked. The service technician (Matt T.) showed up on time, did the work quickly, explained what he had done, then suggested that I replace my filter...which I did. I have been a customer of Woodfin for a long time, and I intend to remain one. more

Fast and reliable service for all of your home needs 1/9/2017

We have used Woodfin for all of our house's major systems and highly recommend them. For regular maintenance and "emergency" appointments, we have had professional service providers who clearly know their stuff. Recently, we had a heat pump issue and Robby diagnosed and fixed the problem within hours of our call (all for a reasonable price). more

Great Job 12/29/2016

Daniel was very business like, but friendly and went about his job of servicing the heat pump and split system. When he came inside, he put on booties. He said the systems were in good shape and answered any questions I had. He replaced the battery in the thermostat and was done quickly. more

Chris K was the Woodfin technician that performed our annual oil furnance and heat pump preventive maintenance and check up. Chris called before arriving and performed a through check up and PM. He was very thorough, professional, and polite. more

Excellent service from technician Matt on Nov. 15. Courteous and professional, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, and recommended additional ways to improve my heating equipment. His level of service is the reason I continue to use Woodfin for all my HVAC needs. I will ask Woodfin to assign Matt to my next service interval. more

Generator Install and Start Up 11/14/2016

We have been very pleased with all the Woodfin representatives who have assisted in the install and start up process for our generator. Daren fully explained the package and was prompt in responding to our signing of the contract. The crew who did the installation in one day was helpful in working with us on installation options. Patrick performed the start up and was thorough in explaining the equipment as well as the elink. He tested the cut over allowing the generator to take full control and back to residential power. Our experience is one that we would share with friends and neighbors. more

Chris Beck - Heat Pump Repair 11/8/2016

This was my first experience with Woodfin and I was very pleased and will call them again when needed. The Technician, Chris Beck was very polite and informative of everything he was doing to repair my heat pump. Went out of his way to go get a piece needed from another technician in the area even though it was getting late in the day and he could have made me wait another cold night before repairing it. more
