Polite, friendly & most of all - Extremely professional 4/12/2016

All of the tech's today were extremely professional at all times, while being personable, informative, and very friendly, answering all my many questions to my complete satisfaction. Scott Grey (plumbing), James Schneider (HVAC) Todd VanDahm & Jesse Hall (Master Electricians) all did Woodfin proud.My wife & I are very glad we choose Woodfin for our generator needs. These employees reassure us that we made the right choice. more

Standby Generator check-up 4/7/2016

Todd and his helper showed up on the same day that I made the service/warranty call. They were actually the part of the same team that installed the unit last Aug 2015. They checked everything out. Seems the electronic board in the unit may have tripped something to say that the engine starter battery needed attention. After checking everything out, the unit is now functioning as intended. They were both very courteous, businesslike and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up! RGG more

HVAC Installation 3/31/2016

Woodfin Installation technicians arrived on time. Installation was done professionally and questions were answered.Installers wore protective shoes or put down paper to keep home clean. New thermostat was demonstrated. I would recommend Woodfin and specifically Brian and Chris, the 2 Technicians, to anyone needing service. more

Technicians always pleasant and timely 3/31/2016

Had heating/air, plumbing and electrical inspections done today and all 3 technicians were great. They found a few items needing attention that we would not have noticed. Thanks Woodfin! more

Above and beyond 3/22/2016

Matt was really a nice professional Technician. He did everything very smooth organized replacing two toilets. He then completed my annual plumbing inspection and fixed a troubling drain in a sink that no one else was able to fix. I was very pleased!! more
