Robert A 320 10/10/2016

Robert A 320 was an excellent installer of a new gas hot water heater on 09/28/2016. He was pleasant to deal with; got along well with assistant Adam 314; they worked as a team. Handled a complication with no trouble: significant number of parts had not been delivered to home the previous day - Robert took care of it! Project completed and cleanup was thorough. Robert returned several days after a call to fine tune tank's water temperature. We highly recommend him. more

Woodfin's James S (23) 9/23/2016

He was sent to correct an issue with AC and handled it beautifully, including the break of having the needed part - a new fan - on the truck - left over from a service call weeks before. Personable and pleasant. We asked for him on our scheduled fall system check. Again, a job handled well. We highly recommend him. more
