I had a stopped up toilet which I was unable to clear. Wooden was able to send someone that day. Brandon M and his partner came. He was very competent and took time to explain my issue and the options that I had. It was much more expensive than I had anticipated, but the backup was bad so I had to fix it and not wait another day to get someone else. I really liked Brandon, and thought he went above and beyond to be helpful to me. He had a price list and had to charge me the rate the company decided upon for each step of the process, and it was, as said, very expensive.
