This is my second time having work done to my car at Woburn Foreign Auto and I was very pleased and satisfied with the work done on my car and extremely satisfied with everyone that I dealt with in their office. They were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them! more

Could not have been better! 3/16/2013

This is my first experience with Woburn Foreign Auto Body. I already plan to go back for a detail and other service. When you have to leave your beautiful car and drive a rental, it could be exasperating or a huge hassle. I was so pleased at how easy everything was for me, from check-in, to the car rental that they arranged for me (instead of me having to do it), to updates online about the car repair. Super friendly and they make what could be a negative experience so much easier! - Jan Meyer more

I was completely impressed with being able to track my vehicle's work on-line. That was a great surprise and nothing I had ever seen before. The staff was a pleasure and honestly, a breath of fresh air to deal with. They were super professional and upbeat. The worst case scenario - auto accident, out of home state, car not driveable! I called my insurance company to file the claim and asked the agent to please go on-line and locate a Toyota dealership. He provided 4 within a 50 mile radius, but only one with a collision center. Several hours after the accident, the tow truck delivered car, dog, and us to WFAB. Rhonda and Star got us through the paperwork quickly, arranged for Enterprise to deliver a loaner, and assured us we would be kept informed regularly. We have received updates with pictures/comments since the repairs started. We were advised it would take 3 weeks - and the car was ready 'to the day'! Thanks WFAB for your professional work and service.\r more

Jim Cooper and the staff were excellent to work with and made this experience very easy. My son's jaguar had body damage and it was repaired to pristine condition! Their communication with us was great and everyone there was very helpful..I would highly recommend them! Thank you! more

A Great Experience 2/24/2013

I found WFAB to be a true service experience. From beginning to end. Having eveything ready when I dropped off my car. To the on-line check-in to see what stage my car was in. To picking up the vehicle and having it in great shape. Every detail was taken care of for me and I really appreciated it. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend it. more

From the time I walked in the door to drop off my car for repair, to the pictures posted online during the process, to the quick response to my email questions, to the moment I drove off the site after the repairs were complete, everyone was friendly and professional. My car once again looks like the brand new car that it is. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. more

The best body shop I've ever dealt with! 2/5/2013

Not only are the staff members and technicians extremely courteous and helpful, but the quality of their work cannot be beat. My car has, unfortunately, been the victim of a few hit and runs, and WFAB repeatedly gives the car back to me looking better than new. Can't recommend them highly enough! more

Great Service but need to improve communication even more 2/2/2013

I had given in my car for repairs after a minor road accident that had broken my side view mirror. The entire process of my repairs was great and effortless. Great Parts: My car came back looking as good as it was previously which is obviously the most important thing. The process was made very easy for me because of minimal paperwork, regular email and web site updates with progress. Cleaned up my car and detailed the entire car so well. Nice of them to do so. Tie up with enterprise retal made it possible for me to drop off my rental car at the shop when I had been to get my own car back after repairs. Criticism: This is not much but I do hope they improve upon it - They need to communicate more thru emails or phone. Two instances were when the insurance approval process had been taking a long time, the status of repairs was not being updated on their website. At this time I had no idea, when my repairs would progress as there were no updates for almost a week. I wish they had called and been more communicative. After my repairs were done and had reached the last stage, nobody informed me of the completion. I had to track progress online and call and ask, if my car was ready to be picked up. They should have been more proactive. Overall a good experience in terms of the repairs... communication definitely needs some working on. more

Highly recommend 1/11/2013

Even before I dropped off my car, the staff walked me through the whole process. After dropping off my car, I didn't have to deal with my insurance company or car rental company. WFAB handle it all. The daily emails with pictures updating the status was very helpful. more

My car was in the garage for body work due to accident. 1/9/2013

My wife met an accident and front driver side was damaged. I had option to go anywhere, however I preferred Woburn foreign auto, because my other car was worked on before and had good experience with them. Jim Cooper was very good in explaining everything and regularly sending an update via e mail and pictures of the car and progress done. I will not hesitate to recommend Woburn Foreign to any friends. more
