Can't believe it took less than 24 hours to get back my car! The service and work was superb and they even handled the return of the rental vehicle for me; all I had to do was hand over the keys! Have already recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so. more

Overall a good experience but some communication problems. 1/26/2014

I think the idea of sending a picture of the car to mark progress via e-mail is basically a good idea but is frustrating when you get the same picture for days showing no progress. Also, the e-mail does not communicate details like difficulty in finding parts. I had to telephone to get those details. Jim Cooper was friendly and helpful. more

I am very satisfied and happy with the results on the repairs on my car. 1/21/2014

The workmanship on the repairs of my car was excellent. The final outcome met my expectations. I am also pleased with the weekly email progress reports and picture updates. I'd also like to mention that both Rhonda and Tabitha in the office area were very helpful in answering my questions and resolving any issues that I thought may be forthcoming. All in all, the service provided by everyone at Woburn Foreign Auto Body was excellent. more
