dented and scratched hood and bumper 6/12/2013

My car was hit by a drunk driver and I was so mad about the whole process but Woburn Foreign Auto Body was so wonderful. The kept me fully aware of what the process was and a daily update of the progress. It was so uncomplicated with them. They made me feel at ease. Also the work was remarkable. When I got my car back it look brand new, no signs of the damage at all. I was able to put the whole experience behind me. more

They kept me updated along every step of the repair process. They informed me of any changes and took pictures of exactly what work was being done. Service is outstanding, Jim is a quality person and really cares about the customer. Work done by the auto body techs was done to perfection and the car was spotless when I picked it up. I loved the idea of having the website updates as it showed the process of the work that was being done. I would have wished for better communication in terms of length of time that it would take, as I had to call to find that out so I could plan my rental car accordingly. Still, the car looks great, so I appreciate the hard work the team did! more

Great experience 5/22/2013

Overall a great experience. I had to have my car repaired which normally would be inconvenient, but it was so easy and stress-free since I was able to get a rental on-site. The quality of work was excellent, price fair and my car was ready when promised. more

A place with no hassle 5/4/2013

The entire staff couldn't be frendlier or more helpful. It was a sad day when I brought our 2001 Outback in after it was accordioned on 93. Try as they might, they couldn't save the old girl. But they were invaluable when assisting me through the insurance claim process. They booked my rental and even gave me some pointers on how to get the most from my insurance company. I couldnt reccomend them highly enough. While I can only pray I'm never in this situation again, if it happens, I know exactly where I'm going. 5 stars all around. Great job, guys! Thanks more

My car 5/1/2013

I loved. The way my car came out. I was very happy with it. Jim cooper was very helpful in helping me with my car. When I picked my car up I figured they might touch up the little ding marks on my passenger side and did not. Now one side looks brand new the other side looks aged. My over all is I am happy with the way my car looks!!! more
