Taking my car to Woburn Foreign Auto Body for my collision repairs proved to be a great choice. The repairs were done properly, and the customer service was excellent. Rhonda and Jim were both very helpful in guiding me through the entire process. When I had problems with the insurance company releasing my deductible, and the rental company charging me personally, Jim went above and beyond to resolve these issues for me. He made the necessary phone calls to get my deductible reimbursed quickly, and to eliminate the charges from the rental company. Overall I had a great experience with Woburn Foreign Auto Body.\r more

Woburn Foreign Auto Body is the best! 7/8/2013

I would never take my car to any other auto body shop. The quality of the work is excellent, but what makes coming to WFM such a great experience is the people that work there. Everyone is friendly and most of all -- helpful!!! I was involved in two MVA's in six months and they handled everything...even the rental. They keep you updated on the progress of the work being done to your vehicle by sending frequent pictures. I wouldn't go to any other place! more

Great work, great staff 6/26/2013

Flawless service! I brought my car in to get some nasty key marks fixed. I don't know if it's because Progressive did most of the work, but the whole process was as simple on my end as I could've hoped for. I loved getting daily photo updates. The staff over at Woburn Foreign Auto Body is AWESOME. I dealt mostly with Peter and Rhonda. Peter was thorough, quick to respond to my emails, and helped me get things out of my car when I needed them. Most importantly the car came out great. I gave the 'Total Experience' 4 stars because of the length of time the car was in the shop. 2 weeks seemed really long for key marks, but it could've been the insurance holding things up. Also Tabitha was walking around barefoot which might rub some people the wrong way. more

The body work comes with a life time guarantee! The staff is pleasant, easy to work with and willing to cooperate and work with you. I would definately recommend them.
