Flawless service! I brought my car in to get some nasty key marks fixed. I don't know if it's because Progressive did most of the work, but the whole process was as simple on my end as I could've hoped for. I loved getting daily photo updates. The staff over at Woburn Foreign Auto Body is AWESOME. I dealt mostly with Peter and Rhonda. Peter was thorough, quick to respond to my emails, and helped me get things out of my car when I needed them. Most importantly the car came out great. I gave the 'Total Experience' 4 stars because of the length of time the car was in the shop. 2 weeks seemed really long for key marks, but it could've been the insurance holding things up. Also Tabitha was walking around barefoot which might rub some people the wrong way.
