Superior Workmanship 3/12/2014

I thought my BMW was close to being totalled when I brought it to Woburn Foreign Auto Body. I was truly impressed by the quality of the repairs. It was literally as good as new! Tabitha and Rhonda kept me informed nearly daily on the status of the repair, which eased a lot of my anxiety. Plus, they took the time and expense to seek out specialized expertise when needed. Before delivery, Bob explained to me what had gone into the repair and made sure I was satisfied before handing over my car. more

Once moving to the north shore, I had a minor hit and run on my car while parked in a lot. New to the area, I had the dreaded task of finding a new body shop that I could trust. My recent repair was done to my complete satisfaction. 3/3/2014

I am completely satisfied with the repair of my Toyota Camry. As with my previous experience with Woburn Foreign Auto Body, everything went smoothly. I especially want to compilment James Stone, with whom I was in communication several times during the process. He was very helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to work with him. Also, I very much appreciated the many informative pictures and updates on my car which were provided by Tabitha. At the very end of the repair process, I spoke with Rhonda, who was also very pleasant and extremely helpful in finalizing the repair and return of my car. Finally, my car looks beautiful - like nothing ever happened! Kudos and thanks to Woburn Foreign Auto Body for a job well done. more

Hi, I recently had the rear bumper of a 2004 Volvo XC70 repaired. There was a problem with the parts being shipped, but that is not the problem of WFAB, especially as we had been told the parts had been ordered. There was no problem with the payment of the rental car we had longer than expected, due to the shipping problems. The other insurance company handled all the payments. My one minor concern was that the radio stations in the car had been readjusted and added to the memory of the selections. It is a minor point and is why my total experience is only 4 and not 5 stars. more

Detailed process 2/19/2014

I've (unfortunately but fortunately) been here many times and WBF is very detailed from check in to checkout. They go over the car thoroughly and even when they are flat out, they follow up with you during the whole process. The rent a car process is quick as well, but it's contracted out through enterprise and personally, their cars are not kept up but never-the-less, insurance picks up the tab ( typically). This is not a WBF problem, but Enterprise Rent-a-car more
