MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

The tech knew what he was doing, came out short notice and capped and roughed in a shower. Only complaints are that they are a little expensive and it would be nice if the expanded their services so that they could replace the drywall and install new tile. more

Plumbing--water heater and soft water installation 4/15/2016

Excellent and timely service. Tech was most knowledgeable and courteous. Estimate was provided beforehand, and service/maintenance instructions given after. Over the years of home ownership, good, reliable plumbing service has often been a hard decision to make. This seems like an excellent company that has earned our repeat business. more

Daylan was a complete professional. He showed up on time for the first visit, and as the plumbing issues continued to increase, he kept me informed with respect to the plan of action, timing, and projected costs. He was cheerful, efficient, and a true trouble-shooter to the end, which was excellent as the repairs took multiple visits. Daylan was persistent and remained singularly focused and the job was completed to my satisfaction. more

I recently had insulation and other cooling items to my house. Mike showed me what I needed to get done and what I could live without. Annual Air Condition Inspection 3/17/2016

I was really impressed with Eddy annual inspection which was outstanding. He not only checked the normal items, but he did a very impressive cleaning job the outside compressor. In all the years I have had annual inspections I have never seen a employee do such an outstanding job. more

water heater replacement in an old house 3/7/2016

Wonderful technician! Very thorough and gracious! Took the time to do things right and also took time to explain my new water heater to me. Our technician was so wonderful to work with! We also had a follow up call a couple days later with another one of their technicians and He too was wonderful! We will definitely be calling Will Fix It again!! more

Best One Stop Shop for Home Repairs 2/25/2016

we needed a tub spout w/diverter replaced so we called WillFixIt. We have used them before for plumbing, electrical, and air conditioner work. Anyway, I called and they scheduled an appointment right away that was convenient for me. Rudy F. was running a little late so WillFixIt called and kept me posted and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Rudy showed up and gave me a free estimate for repair. I could have used someone else but WillFixIt always does a professional job. Rudy replaced the tub spout quickly with a replacement part we had received from the manufacturer. He did a great job for us. Their prices are reasonable and comparable with other places considering they come out and give free estimates and you aren't obligated to use them if you think the price is high. It cost me less than $150. It was worth it to get the tub/shower working again in the guest bathroom. I have used them before on several occasions and would recommend them to everyone. more

Regular Service Contract appointment 2/23/2016

Mario arrived with-in his time window. He performed his service quickly and pointed out an obvious problem that I had not noticed. The problem could have been fixed immediately but we rescheduled for the next day. In the same week we noticed that a previous addition to our heating system suddenly stopped working. Mario was out with in a few hours and was able to replace the unit which was still under warranty. I asked Mario about some unrelated issues and he was able to get us in contact with another satisfactory service provider. We have used Will-Fix-it for several years now and are extremely satisfied with the service and products we have purchased. All their technicians seem to go beyond our expectations. more
