MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Will Fix It 1/14/2016

I would like to acknowledge Mario Olivares who came to my house to check on what we thought was a possible gas leak in our furnace. Mario was professional, very polite and honest. He put my wife and I at ease and ensured we were safe and our system was working at 100% efficiency. Will Fix It has a great employee who represents his company with pride and competency. "Will" Fix It - Plumbing 1/6/2016

I have not been impressed like I was this morning in a very long time. I called will fix it for a clogged washing machine drain. Austin arrived at my house on time and with a very professional attitude, which is rare these days. He not only resolved my problem but made sure that I completely understood what he was doing and allowed me to view the camera while he was trouble shooting. He then continued to explain how most home's plumbing is layed out and where the most common issues with plumbing is experienced. He reviewed the products and services that his organization offers and how they can benefit and save me money in the future. I just can't say enough about this young man. I will definetly call on him again for any plumbing issues in the future and recommend "Will" Fix It to all my friends and family. G. Chavez more

Juan was very courteous and friendly on his two visits. Being very knowledgeable of plumbing, he offered suggestions that were helpful. He was concerned that he left my home looking as good as he found it . Fall tune up and repair 11/10/2015

Mario Olivares examined our units, made recommendations for repair then left me with the decision to have it done and the approximate cost. He came back the following day on schedule, accomplished all the repairs in very timely fashion, left nothing for me to clean up and addressed my wife and I with the utmost respect. I would recommend him to any of my friends. more

Wow! That is the word the company I work for uses when employees go above and beyond. Shaun N. just left my home after installing a new hot water heater and the experience was excellent. Shaun carefully presented my options. After I made my choice, he explained in more detail what I had chosen including the breakdown of the cost. I was excited to learn the water heater could be installed today, and I would finally have a hot shower to begin my weekend. Top quality customer service is the number one priority where I work, and Shaun was "tops" from beginning to end. I could tell from looking at my new hot water heater the installation was done by a professional. Everything was bright and shiny- neat and clean - inside and outside the closet where the heater is housed. Before Shaun left my home, he made a point to stress that I call "WILL" FIX IT, and ask for him specifically if I desire, any time I have a question or concern regarding the water heater or other plumbing issues. Heating system 11/4/2015

The Technician Mario O. performed a complete system inspection. During the inspection he discovered a code violation. The gas line to furnace needed a means to drain water from gas line. The other was a surge protector at the condenser and one at the furnace. The builder of the residence failed to properly seal the ducts at 30 drops. The capacitor used for the start of blower assembly was out of specification causing increase current draw. The part was replaced. The furnace was properly cleaned inside and out. No gas leaks were detected during inspection. A Ultra Violet Reme-Halo was installed. I was pleased with Mario's superb professional performance, and his excellent knowledge of AC & Heating systems. His time management skill was excellent as he worked diligently to complete all tasks. I look forward to see him in future as he has earned the 5 stars for the work at my home. more
