MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Excellent Service From Tom P. 9/29/2016

Will Fix It's excellent crew installed my HVAC units in 2014. On 9/29/2016, I received my second heating tuneup/maintenance from Will Fix It and ended up getting one of the best technicians named Tom P. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. Tom also answered all of my concerns. For now on, I will make sure that I ask for Tom P. for maintenance on my HVAC units. It is my belief that if you find someone who is good and professional at what they do, stick with them. more

Water softener install 8/31/2016

Shaun Neidig was very professional, personable, and more than happy to explain many details of the installation and operation of a new water softener. There was no hint of wanting to hurry and finish the job at the expense of customer (me) understanding as much as possible. The entire job of checking out the old machine, ordering new one, arranging financing, new softener arriving while Shaun was still here, and installing the new, was done in just a little over 3 hours, on the first (and only) visit ! All in All a very enjoyable experience! more

Thanks Tom : ) this message is for the company it self though just feedback. I couldn't afford the entire 650 (which was the special rate that could only be offered to me that day. Unfortunately i didnt have all that money right now but at a later date it would be nice to be offered that deal still. Other than that everything was great. more
