MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Dillon arrives on time and ready to work. He is a very friendly person who shows a great deal of knowledge about his profession. he makes suggestions for improved maintenance for my A/C but never pressures me into purchasing anything extra. He also takes the time to explain things to me. more

Jorge is amazing! He is very polite and respectful, even for coming to my house at 7:30 at night. The company worked with me because my landlord is in Florida. if I even need a plumber again I will be calling this company and requesting Jorge. Thank you Will Fix It! more

Bobby Guerra, service technician with Will Fix It is now my "go-to" guy for all plumbing issues. He recently installed a water heater for me and has followed up twice at no cost to make sure everything was working properly (it was). He knows his stuff, charges fair prices and is always on time--plus,,he's a good guy! Thanks Bobby for your super service! more

Mario with Will Fix It is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and service-oriented professional. After a thorough inspection of the AC unit (for which he was called), he showed us some of the issues we had and walked us through various options to help address these issues. We felt that Mario's explanation allowed us to be well-informed and ultimately made us feel in charge of our decision. I will certainly be calling Mario in the future if I have any concerns related to AC, heating, and/or plumbing services. more

Excellent work 4/21/2017

Deasey showed up way before his scheduled time. Was told he would arrive 45-1 hour, he showed up with 30mins. Came out gave us an estimate & got right to work. It took him less an hour & as he was doing the work he explained everything step by step. We are very pleased to make WILL Fix it our main go to company for our plumbing, A/C & now electrical work. We highly recommend Deasey Guy to anyone that needs honest & great work. Thank you Deasey for being so respectful & such a hard worker. Thank you Will Fix it for your dispatcher who right away got us on the schedule once I explained that it was an emergency. Thank you for always being available to our company when we call. more

Replacement of a defective water heater 4/14/2017

Joseph was very professional, cordial, friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Joseph Arocha explained the technical aspects of each water heater that could be installed and satisfactory answered all questions. He gave us options which allowed us to make an objective decision with no pressure and hype. He gave the pros and cons of each unit which enabled us to make the best decision for our situation. He did not attempt to hard sell and was very profession, friendly and courteous. He projected an air of respect and trust and motivated us to want to transact any future business with him and the company he represents . His professionalism was beyond reproach and he set a very positive example which reflects favorable on Will Fix It Company. He installed the units correctly and provided a detail invoice for our records. We were extremely satisfied with the price and the service. I will do business with Will Fix It on an ongoing basis as needed. Thank you Joseph!!!!! more
