MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Show Me The Money!!! 12/3/2011

"WOW!" Had a small back up with our cleanout which leads to sewer line. Call Will "not" Fix it for their $69.00 special. Technician JESSE-Tech#99, was more of a sales person than a plumber. Before he even looked at my plumbing, he stated that the homes in my area are very old, and probally have clay piping. So he would probally have to install a whole new line. He did take a picture with his video cam, and my husband did see that our line could probaly be upgraded. But he told JESSE that we weren't in positon to purchase a new system at this time. " Bang*** $3,300.00" cost to replace 28-feet of 4-inch piping." What??? JESSE-Tech#99, then said that if we wanted to have my line clean, my husband would have to sign a waiver. We signed the wavier, only to have JESSE-Tech#99, try to run a game on my husband, like his line was getting stuck. I've have my line rotored many times before because we have roots in our yard. And yes it takes a little effort from the plumber to clear the line. Not just stick the thing in the hole and all is clear. "Will Fix It" are just a bunch of salesman. My Husband is a gulf war vet, and he told JESSE-Tech#99, that we are on a fixed income, but they still didn't try to help. Where is the love for our Military Veterans? We were not asking for anything free, or discounted. Just wanted our sewer line rotor, and maybe a little customer service before the sales pitch. Still proud to be an American!!!! And happy to have served our country... more

Great service 9/22/2011

I wanted to say I appreciate the way Ruben and Frank treated my kids and even my dog while in my home. I know that sounds funny, but you would be amazed at the workers or insurance adjusters that have came into my home and looked at my kids or my dog as if they were just in the way. Everyone in my home is affected when repairs are being done, but Ruben & Frank they both seemed to understand that. They were really nice, professional and respectful. I highly recommend these guys. more

I dealt with 2 different plumbers before I called Will Fix It. Glad I did. I want to commend them on their work and customer service the plumbers showed us recently. They did not a let a roadblock stop them. They figured it out and explained everything in detail to me each step of the way and even helped with getting answers from our insurance co. more

Will Fix It provides commendable service. I have worked with Technician Jay on plumbing work to our older home over the past 2 years and I always request him. He is knowledgeable and patient with a good sense of humor. He explains everything to me so that I fully understand my options. I also am going to use him on a new home that requires an inspection. Appreciate the service of Gilberto. Worked on a residential repair job. Many times he had to work by himself and kept up with pace. I found him to be qualified and also possessed a great work ethic. His work was time efficient and he was fantastic with the clean up. Would definitely recommend. more

Our house had a water leak and called Will Fix It, they gave us a time of between 1 and 3 for a serviceman to come and repair our leak. At 1:15 the guy arrived at our home and assessed our problem. He took time to explain everything that he was going to do and answered any questions my husband and I had regarding the leak. He repaired the leak in a very timely manner and told us about the service plan called Diamond Club. At no time did we feel like he was trying to overcharge us or just try to sell something that he did not believe in. We were very impressed with his knowledge. more

Top Notch Service! 8/17/2011

I want to commend Phil for a great job! I know so many times all you get are complaints, but I wanted to make sure that you knew what a great employee you have in Phil. After our repair, he told us we could take our bill to SAWS and they they might adjust it due to it being so high (we had a realllly bad problem). After he left, we went to SAWS and they said that they would review it, and most likely would be able to adjust the amount we owed. We didn't even know there was anything like that, but thanks to Phil we do now! more

Very Respectful of my Home and Myself 8/11/2011

As a woman, I often feel like workers who come into my home don't treat me as the homeowner. The plumbing issues that recently took place on my property all happened after my husband left for a TDY for the Air Force. I could not even be in contact with him, therefore I was the only one to make decisions about what was going on. Being a military wife isn't easy in general, so when you add in a bigger problem, it gets even tougher to get through. Thanks to Ruben and Frank for their help in making their portion of the repairs run smoothly. More importantly, I thank them for treating me with respect throughout the process. more

Excellent service 7/21/2011

Once again their staff provided me with excellent service during my kitchen renovation project. I met with Tim, of their management staff, to coordinate the sink plumbing aspect and showed him the plans and what I had envisioned for the final project. His expert advice from what the company would provide and explanation of having a new disposal installed was greatly appreciated. He took the initiative and scheduled the on site tech time. A fine tuned operation they have where folks know what is going on. more

Worst Customer Service in San Antonio 7/18/2011

Our AC capacitor went out on Saturday night. After getting the on-call tech complaining that we were quoted the wrong price for a service call and that we were misinformed about him having access to our warranty information, we decided to wait until early monday Morning for the office to open and verify the warranty instead of paying full price. I put the 1st call in at 8:30. The rep Gloria said that they don't keep that info on file and would not be able to help me. I advised her that I would like to speak with someone who could help me; subsequently I was then forwarded to Wanda in Accounting. Wanda said she couldn't help me either, but would have Rhonda call me back and help me with previous invoices and warranty coverage. After calling two more times and getting Wanda's run-around, finally received a callback from DeLyn. She was the worst out of them all! She had the previous invoice in her hand, showing no charge for warranty work and advised that she would not send out a tech to replace the part because they do not do my routine maintenance and didn't really care that they had previously provided service because I bought the unit from them! They actually sold and installed the AC system in 2005 worth over $8000 and refused to service it or provide warranty work for the Carrier unit because I don't pay them to do my annual maintenance. After being told this (and having no AC for two days) I was pretty upset. DeLyn continued to say that if I didn't calm down she would hang up on me! I have never felt so disrespected and had such horribly unprofessional customer service as bad as I was provided by this local ARS Will Fit It Rescue Rooter company. I did get my AC capacitor replaced a couple of hours later by a great AC company out of Converse, Tx. They had no problem with letting me know that the manufacturer provided warranty information for services online and did not need any original paperwork either. Imagine that! Buyers beware! Very Unprofessional females work in this office that definitely haven't been skilled in the concept of what great customer service really is. Sometimes the customer really is right! Don't use Will Fix It; they're worthless! more

Professional, honest, courteous and efficient 7/14/2011

We have used Will Fix It services for the past 6 years and have been very satisfied. For the past 2-3 years we have had the same technician service our A/C. He has been extremely professional, honest, courteous and efficient. For this reason we recommend WFI to all our friends and associates.
