MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Brian with Will Fix It installed a water softener, water heater, garbage disposal and pressure valve at my house. He was very courteous, explained how everything worked and was fast and thorough. He also installed a new kitchen faucet for me that I had bought and did not charge me for his time. Everything he installed works great!! Trustworthy and awesome, a 5 star experience for me!! more

Mario was ABSOLUTELLY the BEST!! He was wonderfully honest, truly sincere, and straightforward and to the point. Coupled with his personable professionalism, as well as his keen kowledge {with my AC issue and the AC industry in general}, Mario's service prompted me to convey to him "I would definitely hire you to work for me" as Best-in-Class service is the differentiator and our niche at my Employer, USAA. Water Heater Problem (Regulator) 5/25/2017

No hot water, called Will Fix It and on same day showed up at the time they promised. Spoke to Brandon M.(plumber when he arrived) He smelled gas and immediately had me open doors to house. He then looked at my water heater....attempted to relight the pilot. It was a no go...He then did some research on the water heaters age and most importantly any possible warranty coverage. Bingo, the water heater was still under warranty. Brandon took over, set a time to replace the regulator and had a senior citizen discount to boot. Professional and honest, its all that I ask for in this day and age. I feel I got just that....Retired and on a fixed income, this experience was a positive moment... more

Wonderful SERVICE company 5/19/2017

I haves used Will Fix It twice for electrical work and could not be more pleased. Professional presentation, friendly, very knowledgeable,and timely with courtesy calls to make sure we we're ready for the technician to come out. MR MILTON JAMES hallways works professionally, courteous, clean and went to great lengths to make sure the work area was cleaned up when finished. VERY HARD TO FIND A SERVICE COMPANY THIS KIND OF SERVICE. I highly recommend WFI ! more

Colby Briggs came to our house to help with clogged toilet problem. Her was fantastic at diagnosing the problem, not actually a clog at all, and offering several option to attempt to correct the problem. He checked the main line with the camera to ensure there wasn't any blockage there all at no charge. He was very professional and courteous the entire time he was there and not ever acting like he was in hurry to get to his next stop. I would recommend Colby to any one who has a plumbing issue and he made sure we didn't do work that was not needed. Tom Kincaid more
