Wow! That is the word the company I work for uses when employees go above and beyond. Shaun N. just left my home after installing a new hot water heater and the experience was excellent. Shaun carefully presented my options. After I made my choice, he explained in more detail what I had chosen including the breakdown of the cost. I was excited to learn the water heater could be installed today, and I would finally have a hot shower to begin my weekend. Top quality customer service is the number one priority where I work, and Shaun was "tops" from beginning to end. I could tell from looking at my new hot water heater the installation was done by a professional. Everything was bright and shiny- neat and clean - inside and outside the closet where the heater is housed. Before Shaun left my home, he made a point to stress that I call "WILL" FIX IT, and ask for him specifically if I desire, any time I have a question or concern regarding the water heater or other plumbing issues. Thank you "WILL" FIX IT for sending Shaun today!! Shaun is truly a 5 STAR asset to your team!
