MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Service Call 11/3/2015

Terry Brien and his partner responded to our call for service ref our HVAC themostat. A service on the HVAC unit was not scheduled until later in the week, Brien decided to work both the same day...great! With the rains, our new water heater had shut down that morning. Brien looked at the problem, contacted the water heater folks at WFI and determined that the humidity sensor has shut off the unit. He corrected the problem and showed us how to overcome "high humidity" within the garage in the future. Thanks, great service. more

Consultation with Shawn 10/9/2015

I needed info about installing an ice line for a new refrigerator and a possible water softener. We discussed those items and issues that could affect them. I was online a good deal of the time Shawn was here, researching his comments and estimates. He tested my water pressure and checked the age of my water heater. He collected the data that enabled me to make an informed decision. Yes, it will cost me more than I would like but I am getting everything I need. Shawn really worked with me to keep the price reasonable. In the long run, I am getting everything I wanted and would have needed in the next 2 years at one time. My new refrigerator will last longer and everything will be to current code. (I have seen too many nightmares on HGTV about work that is not done to code!) Shawn was patient, personable and thorough. It is scary to have big things done but I feel safe and confident with my decision because I was not pressured or bamboozled. He is a great resource. more

Leaking hot water pipe 10/8/2015

Jesse was awesome. He explained everything from start to finish. He had the knowledge and was professional. Jesse helped us find discounts and financing. As far as the work went; Jesse and Mike ( the Helper ) were fast and professional. Courteous to a fault. The problem was fixed fast. They explained the process, and all materials used. They even cleaned up any mess they made great. We are so far VERY happy. more

Great service 9/11/2015

I am have been using Will Fix It for my AC and plumbing needs for several years now. I am glad that I can call when I need any service and be able to get a technician to my house pretty quickly-sometimes even the same day. Not many companies are able to do this. The technicians, Eddy and Juan recently serviced my AC and both gentlemen where pleasant and respectful of my property. The job took longer than anticipated but both techs kept me in the loop of what was happening. I really appreciated that. A little on the expensive side but cheaper is not always better! I gladly recommend WFI for home repairs. more
