The technician knew exactly what to do to fix this (enlarging a vent inside the freezer). He was experienced, nice, didn't scratch the floor. Top notch. Problem is fixed as far as we can tell. He said he'd seen it lots of times before. I love hearing that - because he knew how to fix it. more

James was a great sales man and Carl was very helpful, too. We had an issue with our ice maker and they made sure to help us through the warranty process and got someone out to fix the problem. They had the best selection in the Rogue Valley and their sales people were very informed about the product they were selling. more
