I have purchased my appliances, TV's and accessories from West Coast for over 20 years. Most of these item's I have bought sight unseen and I have never regretted my purchase. Carl Humphries, (West Coast Owner) is a man of great and indisputable character and cultivation. He has guided me through each purchase, by informing me when I'm spending more than I need to and when I'm selecting a product that will not serve me well. I do not think of Carl and his associates as ""sales people"" but rather, friends I can count on from purchase to delivery. more

I visited your store for the first time this last saturday the 28th of may. I was in the market to buy a dryer.. That is when I met Romana. She is one fantastic Sales Consultant. Within 20 seconds of walking into your store, Ms. R walked up and introduced herself and asked if there was anything I might like to see or if I would like to walk around and see the store. I wound up buying a washer, a dryer, and a dishwasher. I haven't had a shopping experience like that in years. Not only was it very comfortable Ms. R was very well informed on your merchandise, and made the whole thing kind of exciting. I have received NO KIND of service like that in any other store in a long time. She not only made me satisfied customer, she has made me a long time customer. The next time I need a new appliance, and my stove is getting old, I know where I will Shop. You have a real professional there, I hope you realize it and compensate her appropriately, also I would highly recommend that all new sales reps be assigned to work with Ms. R for awhile so her kind of customer service gets passed on. more

The service department is knowledgeable, reliable, consistent, courteous and careful when repairing, delivering or setting up appliances and furniture. In addition, they arrive at your home when they say they will! The office staff are patient and knowledgeable in establishing payment plans. There is no reason for me to purchase goods that West Coast carries, anywhere else. What I get at West Coast from Carl and his entire staff, can not be bought. It is simply fair trade brought about by character and integrity. I always get the best end of the deal! THANK YOU WEST COAST! more

They finally negotiated a reasonable buy-back deal 5/19/2011

Hi Rush, I haven't seen you out at the ballroom for a while, so I thought I'd email instead. Don't know if you heard about our refrigerator dying last fall (the one we bought when we built our house... only two years old at the time). Anyway, it was out of warranty and completely dead. We tried to have it repaired unsuccessfully, and then we tried to get some compensation from Whirlpool for selling us a real lemon. Two authorized repairmen and Whirlpool National's technicians agreed it was unreparable. After several months (yes, really!) of unsuccessful and unpleasant negotiations with Whirlpool, we finally got fed up and went to the dealer, WC Appliance, to ask for help. The owner, Carl, and the sales manager, whom you know, Robert , went to bat for us personally. They finally negotiated a reasonable buy-back deal with Whirlpool. Just wanted you to know that we appreciated WC Appliance, so you can tuck that away in your file when deciding who to send your clients to. We're very happy with our new Frigidaire and our 5&10 year warranty. Such peace of mind! Hope you're well more
