Placed an order for a funeral based on the picture on their website. On the day of the funeral I was expecting a large bouquet which appeared beautiful on the website. The arrangement was embarrassing due to the size and the amount I had paid. I could have gotten a better arrangement at grocery store. I called them and even sent them a picture of the MESS!! All they wanted to do was give me a $30 credit. What a joke, wished I would have read ALL of their reviews. Disputing charge with credit card company and calling BBB.. The floral arrangement was probably worth $20.
