I would give this service zero stars if it were possible. Ordering with them has been extremely frustrating. Through their site, I ordered an arrangement with a specific number of flowers,what they call a "premium." But the arrangement that was delivered was significantly smaller?something I would only have known because the recipient sent me a cellphone pic of the flowers. The arrangement that she received was?how can I put it?underwhelming. Almost worse than not receiving the flowers at all.\r

Since then I have made five phone calls to try to have the matter appropriately addressed and spent over an hour on the phone. Nothing. They claim that the correct arrangement was sent (literally three days later), but it was never received. Now they're telling me, basically, too bad. Our delivery person claims they delivered it, so you're out of luck. \r
