My fiancé and I had been all over the place looking for a bridal set and wedding band. The customer service I received from the entire staff especially Natalie and Jon at the Maple Grove location was awesome! They were so patient with my indecisiveness and answered any questions I asked weather is was in the store or through email. They had a wonderful large display of rings, and they were not at all pressuring me to buy or spend over my price range. They didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time as I continuously pondered between a couple sets of rings through several visits to the store. Wedding Day was recommended to us by my best friend and since the day i received my ring and met Natalie; I have been BEYOND happy. She is friendly and SUPER funny. After visiting many, many jewelry stores searching for engagement rings, my husband discovered Wedding Day Diamonds of Maple Grove. Later, when we went together to add the bands to my engagement ring and pick out a wedding band for him, I understood why he spoke so highly of his experience there. Natalie worked tirelessly with us to modify the ring he initially chose. When he requested a larger stone than my ring was meant to carry, she rose to the challenge! Once everything was perfect with my ring, we moved on to choosing his. They have a huge selection, and I think he tried on every ring twice! Natalie was very patient and knowledgeable, and she eased his mind while he made this huge decision. \r \r At this point, a normal review would end, and I would give Wedding Day Diamonds my most heartfelt recommendation for their exceptional service and selection. However, for my husband and me, Wedding Day Diamonds would go above and beyond our wildest expectations of service after the sale. Before we knew it we were married and back from our honeymoon. Only a few days after returning, I was in a motorcycle accident, and the medical team was forced to cut the ring off my finger. You can imagine my heartbreak when the ring I had hoped would be on my finger for the rest of my life was returned to me in seven pieces only two weeks after the wedding. We went back to Wedding Day Diamonds unsure of what we could expect and how much it would cost, since the ring had not been insured yet. They treated us like family, reassuring us that they would do everything possible to restore it. I stopped into the store to see about selling unwanted gold. Natalie helped me to determine what I wanted to sell and made the process so easy. She was very patient and helpful as this was the first time I had ever sold anything. Chris was also there to help and the two of them made it a most enjoyable experience and I ended up getting more for my gold that I would have ever expected. The experience was so enjoyable that I almost hated to leave. I will definitely return to them for my next jewelry purchase and I would recommend them to everyone. We wondered how we would be treated when shopping for wedding rings as a lesbian couple. We visited three other jewelry stores before going to Wedding Day Diamonds. Everyone working at the Maple Grove store was nice to us. Our sales person, Lindsay, listened and helped us find the perfect rings. She explained their warranty, which is better than the warranties of the other stores we visited. She gave us ideas so our desired engraving would fit in our rings. We appreciated their ad and their discount offer that we found in Lavender Magazine. more

Natalie Vaught at Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove, MN is FABULOUS! She is very laid back, relates well with her customers, and puts shoppers at ease. She helped my Fiance pick out the most fabulous engagement ring! I get compliments on it every single day. She reads people well, she's not pushy, and she really cares about making sure that her customers are happy. After recently meeting her, while we shopped for our wedding bands, her calm demeanor and knowledge about rings made me realize why ring shopping was such a great experience for my fiance. I have not received my ring yet as the order was just sent this week, but I have to say - wedding day in Maple Grove is the best!! I am very picky and went to other jewelers looking last year before coming to Wedding Day, and felt comfortable and not pushed. They are very friendly and fun, along with knowledgeable and very patient. Natalie truly cares about her customers and their happiness. Wedding Day did an amazing job of working with my specific needs about design ideas. Lindsey helped me through the mess that was in my head and into something organized and concrete. She was so patient and the store has a great selection of diamonds. They are incredibly quick to get any custom work done. Lindsey even helped me from across state lines at a distance. If you go to Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove, Minnesota- I would ONLY recommend SHAUNA K. She is the most genuine, down to earth, friendly and most caring person there.(Plus!... She is cute and stylish!) She truly cares about her customers down to the core. She will take good care of you from start to finish and will make sure that you love the ring! My experience at Wedding Day Diamonds was exceptional. Shauna and her team do an excellent job of making you feel comfortable and satisfied. I purchased an engagement ring on an evening night, and returned the next day to the store with a bit of buyers' remorse, as a result of my hasty shopping habits. Shauna THANKED ME for returning so that she could have the opportunity to ease my worries. We then spent the next couple hours looking at different diamonds, and I ended up exchanging the one I previously purchased. I then left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase decision. I can't thank Shauna and her team enough! \r \r Dean & Umit, I recommend a pay increase to Shauna and her team!!! At the same time, I plan on returning for other jewelry needs, so let's not get so carried away that it affects your pricing strategy, and ultimately my pocketbook :) more

I can't believe how great they are at Wedding Day in Maple Grove! My wife used to work in jewelry so she is very picky about her jewelry. She had dropped some ""subtle"" hints about a particular pearl necklace that she was hoping for. I had shopped a few other jewelry stores in Maple Grove and was not finding what she had in mind. I swung into Wedding Day and the service was excellent from the start. Shauna was so patient! We spent almost an hour together going over different styles and sizes, who knew there were so many types of pearls?!? Just to make sure that I got the perfect set Shauna special ordered two necklaces for me. They came in much faster than I had expected. I gave it to my wife and she loved it, sorta. The pearls were the perfect size and color but the clasp was not the style she wanted. She was disappointed and even though she loved it she wanted me to just return it. Well when I got back to the store Shauna said that she would find me the clasp my wife was looking for. The next day she called me and had found a vendor in Germany that carried what I was looking for! My wife has no idea that I didn't actually return it and I will be surprising her again with it next week! Shauna is literally the greatest customer service focused salesperson I have met in a long, long time! I am not the type of person who writes reviews so trust me when I say that the service was that good. In the future, I will start and end my jewelry searches at Wedding Day Diamonds. more

Thank You Natalie! After shopping around for an engagement ring for my fiance and getting nowhere, I decided to visit Natalie at Wedding day in Maple Grove. Besides the ring I picked out (with her help, of course) it was the best decision I made. She is very personable and really knows her stuff! I went in there with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and she helped me pick out the perfect combination of setting and stone. The ring is absolutely amazing and I couldn't have done it without her.\r \r For all of you guys out there that are nervous about shopping for an engagement ring...don't be!
