After stopping at the competition , we walk in to ""WDD"" and found the experience to be far superior to the rest. We actually had FUN shopping and Shauna is the reason. Will was probably one of the best employees I have ever seen. Over the summer I came into this location, which Will occasionally works at among another location. During the visit he was very polite and let me and my soon to be fiancee look at ton of bands and diamonds. He was very patient with us and never once pressured us to buy on the spot. Later that week I decided I was ready to figure out which diamond I wanted and Will came in on his day off to assist me in my efforts to find the right diamond. Will stayed in contact with me during and throughout the entire time until I had finally received the ring. He answered all of my questions and was a excellent employee. Natalie is one of a kind. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in she was very welcoming and friendly. She was very professional and patient while my girlfriend looked over the selection. The reviews on here echo what I feel as well. Natalie is a true professional. My personal opinion is that she doesn't approach her job as a salesperson. She approaches her job as a diamond & jewelry consultant. Again, in my opinion, that is a big and important distinction. Never did I feel like I was being ""sold"" anything. I'm an engineer, so I like to do my own research and my own homework. I told her exactly what I wanted and she went out and found it. When I asked her for her opinion, she gave it willingly. When I asked her for facts, she was non-subjective. At all times, she was extremely professional. I can appreciate being put in a position where one customer will treat her differently than another and she is able to adapt as needed for the customer.\r Wedding Day Diamonds is wise to hire professionals like her to represent them. In a digital age, having professionals and experts like Natalie on staff is exactly why people should continue to use brick and morter stores for these types of purchases. I went to wedding day diamonds and was approached by one Natalie Vaught. She was extremely helpful. I was planning on shopping other places, but Natalie really made me feel comfortable form the begining and really cared about my selection and made sure I found the perfect diamond for my now Fiance'. :) My Fiance has said over and over how perfect it was, and honestly i couldnt have made the right decision without Natalies help. In the process I had made a few different ring selections from the one I ended purchasing. She kept on digging out more pieces to insure I had the right one. Low and behold I went with a different ring and rock, All in all I couldnt be happier with my experience at wedding day and Natalie made that happen. Celia & I went down to Wedding Day Diamonds initially about 2 months ago to look at engagement rings. We had looked at various other establishments over the previous 4 months, but heard good things about Wedding Day from numerous people, so we decided to make the trip, and it was well worth it. We had the pleasure of working with Natalie Vaught. Natalie went above and beyond for us. That day we established the different styles of rings Celia prefered, and when I came back by myself a few weeks later, Natalie helped me to pick a ring and diamond that was both beautiful and in my budget. While going through the process, the thing that impressed me the most about Natalie was her knowledge on the rings and the diamonds. Natalie wasn't the only positive thing about Wedding Day though. The entire staff was very friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help you in any possible way. I would recomend Wedding Day Diamonds to anyone. Couldn't be happier! Tim had been working with Natalie Vaught for about 3 months on finding the perfect center stone. Natalie was able to locate a stone that was bigger and with better quality then the 1st stone Tim had picked out. I picked out my setting a few days later, and it was mounted and ready for pick up within a week! I've been in 3 times since, and each time Natalie knows me by name! Natalie just notified us about their ""Band Event' they are having come July. She knew we hadn't gotten our bands yet, and the Band Event might get us discounts! Excellent, professional service, and would recommed Wedding Day Diamands, especially Natalie, to anyone. I started shopping for a wedding ring last fall. I chose a ring, but explained that I was not sure when I would need it! We knew we were getting married, but did not know when. Four months later I was in need of that ring. I called and spoke to Natalie for the second time. She still had all of my information on file. I was recently selling some old family jewelry that nobody wore anymore. Given that these guys were nearby, I decided to give them a try. The actual service reprehensible. When they game me an estimate on a diamond ring, they claimed it was a worthless fake and offered me $20. Nobody else I visited offered less than $200. For the entire set of jewelry I was selling they offered $220. Every other place I visited offered between $550 and $665. To top it off, the salesperson was rude and condescending. I can't see how I could ever trust them on any kind of transaction. more

The absolute best shopping experience I have ever had. The products they carry are of course top-notch, but what separates Wedding Day from my other shopping experiences was the impeccable service. I not only found exactly what I was looking for, but I learned so much about what I was actually looking at that I feel I made the best choice possible.
