After visiting many, many jewelry stores searching for engagement rings, my husband discovered Wedding Day Diamonds of Maple Grove. Later, when we went together to add the bands to my engagement ring and pick out a wedding band for him, I understood why he spoke so highly of his experience there. Natalie worked tirelessly with us to modify the ring he initially chose. When he requested a larger stone than my ring was meant to carry, she rose to the challenge! Once everything was perfect with my ring, we moved on to choosing his. They have a huge selection, and I think he tried on every ring twice! Natalie was very patient and knowledgeable, and she eased his mind while he made this huge decision. \r

At this point, a normal review would end, and I would give Wedding Day Diamonds my most heartfelt recommendation for their exceptional service and selection. However, for my husband and me, Wedding Day Diamonds would go above and beyond our wildest expectations of service after the sale. Before we knew it we were married and back from our honeymoon. Only a few days after returning, I was in a motorcycle accident, and the medical team was forced to cut the ring off my finger. You can imagine my heartbreak when the ring I had hoped would be on my finger for the rest of my life was returned to me in seven pieces only two weeks after the wedding. We went back to Wedding Day Diamonds unsure of what we could expect and how much it would cost, since the ring had not been insured yet. They treated us like family, reassuring us that they would do everything possible to restore it. To our amazement, our one-of-a-kind ring looked better than new (thank you, Bob!), and the cost…nothing. When they say they warranty the jewelry you purchase from Wedding Day Diamonds forever, no matter what happens to it, they mean it! \r

They not only provided outstanding service when we started on this journey, but after a gloomy few weeks, their compassion and amazing craftsmanship helped to return to us the joy and hope of our Wedding Day.\r
