When I was thinking about buying a ring I looked at all of the different shops around the area. WDD was by far the best one I went to. Not only were their rings and diamonds amazing, the service was even better. The staff was very nice and helpful. I never felt pressured or talked down to at any point. I'm not a diamond expert, nor an engagement guru, and don't do this so well on my own. I got a recommendation from a friend to talk to Steve and said he'd take care of me. Well, that he did. I went in knowing nothing about diamonds other than a carat is the size, and many carats will get you a Yes. \r \r Steve was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to teach me about the differences all the 'Cs' make, how they affect sparkle, shine, and overall quality of the diamond. After several searches in the different jewelry stores across the Twin Cities, WDD ended up being the best experience. The staff was friendly, no pressure and worked hard to find me what I wanted. I did not find anything in stock, so Klaus was very helpful in bringing in loose diamonds for me to review/select. After several weeks, I finally found the right gemstone and setting that I was looking for. Other stores want you to put a down payment for each stone you bring in to view, but not WDD. They brought in over 12 diamonds for me to look at over the course of 4 weeks which allowed me the opportunity to select the perfect stone and benchmark the quality and look against the others. Great customer service, good quality jeweler work, excellent customer follow up with me as well--making sure I was still happy with my purchase. Wedding Day Diamonds is the BEST! \r \r For months, we had been shopping for an engagement ring, hitting all the ""mall"" stores. They all carried the same old thing. Finally, we found WDD's web site, and liked what we saw. We went to the store in Maple Grove. We were warmly greeted by the staff. Maria listened to our requirements, and began patiently showing me rings. We were amazed at the large selection of unique settings. Finally, she showed me a ring that made me exclaim, ""I LOVE THIS RING!"" \r \r Then we were shown loose diamonds, and encouraged to examine them under a microscope. I chose a beautiful Atia diamond. We were also told about the lifetime warranty, which far surpasses anyone else's, and for no extra fee. The hardest part of the whole experience, was having to wait a week to pick up the ring!\r \r My ring is gorgeous, and I have received many compliments on it, such as, ""It's the most beautiful ring I've ever seen!"" and ""That's gorgeous -- is it custom?""\r \r I have nothing but praise for Wedding Day Diamonds!\r more

I had the greatest experience shopping for an engagement ring at Wedding Day Diamonds. The staff was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and would greet me by my first name as I entered the building. The ring I purchased was absolutely gorgeous (my fiancee thinks so too). I used Wedding Day to purchase an engagement ring and was very happy with their service. While the staff was friendly and helpful and provided us with the background information necessary to purchase a diamond, we never felt any pressure or were rushed in to our decision. The store has a very good selection of diamonds and settings. We'll definitely go back to purchase our wedding bands. What a great selection and fabulous staff! My husband told me that after checking diamonds at several other locations, he came back to Wedding Day because the quality was the best. What he got for his money was much better than what he would have gotten elsewhere. When it came time to look for a wedding band for me and my husband, we looked at various locations, knowing we didn't have to get the bands at the same place as the engagement ring. But again, we returned to Wedding Day as they had the best selection for the best price. We keep looking elsewhere, but always end up back at Wedding Day. We've learned out lesson and now have need to look elsewhere for any future purchases. \r \r The staff was another reason we kept returning.
