My fiancé and I had been all over the place looking for a bridal set and wedding band. The customer service I received from the entire staff especially Natalie and Jon at the Maple Grove location was awesome! They were so patient with my indecisiveness and answered any questions I asked weather is was in the store or through email. They had a wonderful large display of rings, and they were not at all pressuring me to buy or spend over my price range. They didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time as I continuously pondered between a couple sets of rings through several visits to the store. Then after seeing the great warranty program made my decision so easy! I will definitely keep my business here for any future needs! Thank you!!
