Manny (Emannuel) was the WeatherMaster technician sent to perform the semi-annual maintenance of my home HVAC. Manny showed up on time and did not waste any time while completing the task. Very First Service on a four and a half year old system 6/13/2018

Weather Master installed this ac/heating system 4 and a half years ago in this NEW house in Fuquay Varina for Builder Mungo Homes. I kept the system and AC drain clean and the system has had no issues. Called Weather Master for the first service as advertised $79. The final cost....$2800. This included an air scrubber, 5 years of new service, a new capacitor and fan motor. A new fan motor and capacitor after only 4 1/2 years? What kind of warranty is provided on new systems? John H. came to my house on a Sunday afternoon at considerable inconvenience to himself (though he didn't mention that) in order to get my air conditioning system going from a complete, dead stop. It turned out that the problem was fairly easily remedied, so I was back in the cool within half an hour. I was impressed not only by how well he knew his job but also by how clearly he explained everything. He loves his work, he enjoys his clients. The whole experience so positive I almost wish I'd have another problem so he'd come back. more

Quick, professional diagnosis 5/13/2018

We lost our AC on a 90+ degree Sunday and found Weather Master online with decent reviews. They were able to send a tech, Andrew, the same day. He explained everything as he methodically went through our system, unfortunately arriving at a diagnosis of a shorted compressor. Still, his willingness to talk about all our options (we have an old R-22 ground source system) and explain the tradeoffs of repair vs. replace, plus his overall good-natured demeanor, made it all about as palatable as it could be. We were very impressed with the scope of his knowledge and the time he took to help us understand everything. more

Great Service 4/19/2018

Daniel F at Weather Master was very professional and understanding. After the work, he gave me options and recommendations which I took very seriously. Overall, and considering it was my first time using Weather Master I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I've used Yellow Dot and lately they weren't as professional as they use to be which is why I decided to change service providers. Trust me, Weather Master is great! more
