new line 4/6/2019

On April 4th David and Brandon put a new water line from the meter to the house due to a water leak.They were professional and determined to get things right the first time I was Happy with the work and will use weathermasters again if need arises.They were very efficient and cleaned area when finished with there work. Heat Complaint 3/5/2019

Your technician, David Wood, arrived at the appointed time. I told him of my complaint, no heat. He immediately went to the crawl space, beneath the house. He rectified the problem and notified me of some issues there, as well as a written report of them. It's always a pleasure to have someone come, repair and report other problems/issues regarding the HVAC system. I will definitely think about the issues, he recommended and get back to you. more

Follow-Through Service 3/3/2019

David C. just completed service on my Lennox HeatPump and did one heck of a job. He totally turned my perception of Weather Master completely around. I will not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to my friends. David accurately diagnosed the problem quickly AND took time to explained it to me (That's patient customer service). He double checked that my unit was still under warranty completed repairs as soon as possible. more

David Wood was very thorough and professional 2/18/2019

David started in the house and checked every vent and filter. He then went under the crawl space on 2 sides of the house and checked everything. He found 2 dehumidifiers that someone previously must have turned off. He turned them both back on and told us to keep them on 24/7. Hopefully that would solve one of the issues we were having. He also recommended a couple filtration alternatives; an Ozone unit and or an Air Scrubber UV light system. He was kind and professional the entire visit. We would highly recommend David Wood from Weather Master for any and all of your HVAC needs. more

Troubleshooting water heater issue 2/11/2019

Brandon did an excellent job of figuring out why the sensor alarm was triggering for our water heater. He found (what is currently) a small leak under the water heater tank that I did not notice. He also discovered that the Pressure Reducing Valve was not functioning. He got us the best deal on replacing the water heater, including the warranty coverage on the old heater. He explained everything very clearly, and I feel like we were treated professionally and courteously. more

Tech came to follow up on issue. Did his own diagnosis to see what the problem was and made sure that the issue was resolved. Answered all my questions and gave a thorough explanation of what the problem was and what he did to fix the issue. He went above and beyond!!! more

Had a concern with our HVAC System with a potential of some serious weather issues on the horizon! Called Weather Master and Jesus called and did a quick evaluation based on symptoms relayed over the phone. He arrived at my home within 45 minutes, confirmed and corrected the issue and worked out a Maintenance/Service Plan that covered our needs! Excellent, professional service!!! more
