Exceeded My Expectations 4/12/2018

Reggie F. called before he arrived to confirm appointment. He arrived a little earlier than scheduled which is what I preferred. He clearly explained what he was going to do in a professional and courteous manner. He completed the preventive maintenance on both of my systems in an expeditious manner and did not leave anything for me to have to clean up. He was very personable and I hope he will perform my next PM this coming Fall. more

Nice work! 4/6/2018

Reggie F., Service Tech. from Weather Master Heating & AC performed my semiannual check today and he was very thorough and took extra time to really clean out the exterior HVAC units w/vacuum and wash. I recently had the roof replaced and there was a lot of trash material as well as leaves, etc. inside the HVAC cabinets. Reggie did the extra cleaning without my asking and I think he covered all the service bases very well and was polite while he covered the necessary maintenance issues at hand. He compares well with the Weather Master Techs. I've had over the years and did very nice work. more

Heating And Air Service 1/16/2018

Daniel was very courteous, explained in great detail his findings with options. Also while Daniel was in the attic he noticed my hot water heater pan was full of water. This saved me a great disaster that was on the way. A burst hot water heater it the attic would have caused great damage to my home. more

Praise for John H. at Weather Master 1/10/2018

John H. is the most thorough and competent technician we have ever had. He found the cause of a problem causing a musty smell from the vents that I had been asking techs about for the last year or so. I was impressed with his technical knowledge as well as his personality and dedication to his job. The 5-star rating is all for him. I would not give the Scheduling Dept this rating! Unfortunately, I cannot commend the office staff at this time because of scheduling issues and their lack of communication with me. I wasted an entire day waiting for them to arrive. This is not the first time that we have had scheduling problems. more

John H. just replaced a part under warranty. He arrived on time (and called to let me know he was on his way), he was very competent and professional, nad was pleasant to interact with. Our experience with Weather Master was exceptional. As a commercial contractor who regularly works with HVAC trades, I was impressed with the professionalism and timely response of the crew. Jairo was the lead technician and provided not only exceptional service and answered questions courteously but went out of his way to provide a superior installation. more

annual service on heating system 11/6/2017

The technician, Daniel, arrived on time as scheduled. He promptly went to work doing the annual service work. He replaced the filter, as I expected it was time for replacing. He determined a capacitor needed to be replaced. Our system was installed by Weather Master in the spring of 2010 so the capacitor issue was a surprise. Daniel explained all of his work and efficiently did the work. The annual charge for maintenance seems a little high ($176) for two service calls as others are advertising a $120 rate. Since Weathermaster installed the system, I feel it is best to remain with this company. more
