We truly felt like he had our best interest in mind, as he carefully explained what he had done as well as what he recommended we consider doing. He was extremely patient, allowing us to ask as many questions as we needed, in order to make a comfortable decision. We had Weather Master install our new HVAC six or seven years ago. They have come out promptly whenever we have had a problem. They always handle the problem in a professional manner and do it without problems or excuses. While we have had them miss a couple of time slots for regular maintenance when it comes to fixing a problem that is never an issue. I would reccommend them to anyone. more

Hot house 7/23/2017

I came home from vacation and found our ac wasn't working so I called Weathermaster and left my info with their answering service yesterday, Saturday. I didn't expect a call until Monday but Ryan called me that afternoon and came over Sunday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and now my home is no longer hot. Great tech from a great company more

Routine Cool Check w/ Andy Kestner 7/18/2017

Andy did another awesome service call for us. He changed out a under performing capacitor (under warranty) and installed a UV lamp into the A/C duct to eliminate the "biological growth" that was present. He gave a great overview of the A/C - cooling system, how it is working well, and answered questions thoroughly. He is very professional and knowledgeable. A great asset to Weather Master. more

After hours emergency repair 7/15/2017

I had just gotten back to my house at 9PM and found that my A/C was not working. Called Weather Master. Daniel was at my house within the hour. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue by 11 PM. Great Service! more

Michael was able to diagnose a problem an entire team of plumbers from another company could not. He then corrected it within an hour and was out of here. I would happily recommend his services for plumbing. He was professional and prompt. From now on I will call them first. more
