Friendly, honest, and very clear and concise explaining what had happened in my plumbing issue and how to correct issue myself if it happens again. ( we have one toilet with complicated flushing mechanism and it is the one that would not stop running, of course).... Weather Master installed our tankless water heater & we have a maintenance agreement on this piece of equipment. My husband took two ‘ice cold’ showers yesterday & this morning so I called Weather Master. To my great surprise, their field tech specialist Brandon M was here in no time. After finding no power going to the unit, Brandon searched for the GFI causing the problem. He found the ‘tripped’ GFI in our garage, reset it & now we have hot water...woohoo!! Brandon made sure to we had hot water downstairs as well as upstairs; checked other outlets & made suggestions on how to ensure we didn’t have this problem again. Brandon has been our Weather Master field tech specialist on more than one occasion. I’ve met a few of the others who work at Weather Master and Brandon is by far the most professional and knowledgeable tech we’ve had to our home. As the ‘face’ of the company who interacts with their customers, Weather Master is very lucky to have Brandon as their employee! Very pleased with his ability to troubleshoot any issue we have, resolve it quickly & accurately as well as offering his suggestions to help us in the future.
