I have had the ""pleasure"" of visiting several car dealerships in the last couple of years. Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota and Chevy. Never before have I been to a dealership where the employees are truly customer oriented. Alex Ortiz was one of the first car salesmen I've encountered that walked me through nearly every car on the lot. He made sure I was able to test drive everything I was interested in and there was absolutely no rush and no pressure. He was sincerely concerned with helping me find the right car. My case was particular difficult and Walter's Audi was able to work a deal with me that was probably way beyond fair. They honestly do treat you like family and want to see you happy and satisfied. Hands down, my future car leases will again be from Walter's Audi. Thank you very much Alex for all your time and help! more

I just leased my 3rd Audi from Walters. As always they had the best price and such an easy laidback style that makes doing business with them a pleasure. I love Walters Audi so much I drive 60 miles to use them even when I have a local dealer who has never provided the best pricing and service like Walters. \r Using Walters is like dealing with a warm friendly family. more

My brother and I were at Walter’s Audi and purchased an A6 and a R8 through Jay Baik who was really knowledgeable about the all the vehicles and was very professional. Jay and his colleagues made our experience truly enjoyable and yes we will definitely go back to this dealer and of course we will highly recommend them to others who actually appreciate the top service along with competitive price. more

The service was so amazing that I flew to Riverside from San Francisco to purchase my A4 from Jose Padilla. I contacted Jose by email, and unlike other dealers, he responded immediately and offered a straightforward and honest deal. Car shopping has never been easier. I recently purchased my Audi A4 from Brett Mckinley at Walters Audi and received excellent service. I highly recommend you see brett. Other places I went I wasn't treated with respect nor were the sales people knowledgeable. Brett was both knowledgeable and very professional. The sales manager ken even came out and talked to me.They were even able to get me a great deal on the car and gave me good money for my truck that I traded in. If you haven't been to Walters Audi, you need to go and ask to speak with Brett. more

Your customer service is stellar and you have been so pleasant to work while meeting all my car "must haves" and requirements. From the very beginning to end of the transaction, you've managed to upkeep your professionalism, while keeping it friendly and funny. Not once did I feel as though you were being dishonest nor did you pressure me into anything. Your thorough walk through of the A4 is greatly appreciated and I will certainly refer others to your dealership and directly to you.
