Dana Clayton - you have been such an amazing and accommodating partner to deal with in my entire car searching and buying experience! Your customer service is stellar and you have been so pleasant to work while meeting all my car "must haves" and requirements. From the very beginning to end of the transaction, you've managed to upkeep your professionalism, while keeping it friendly and funny. Not once did I feel as though you were being dishonest nor did you pressure me into anything. Your thorough walk through of the A4 is greatly appreciated and I will certainly refer others to your dealership and directly to you. Thank you for providing me with such top of the line customer service and care during and post sale! I think it's worth mentioning that I live in San Francisco and went all the way down to Riverside to purchase my car from Dana! Goes to show excellence in their staff and dealership!
