As David B. said in the previous review, we were greeted as soon as we stepped into their lot by a pretty young lady. She hooked us up with one of their sales and from there on, everything went smooth. We actually ended up buying a car on that day, which we didn't planned to as we still had a month left on our lease. more

"Called the day before to schedule an appointment and got a price quote from the lady in the service for $299 for a B Flex Service. It was a bit more than the usual Mercedes dealership I go to, but I moved and I was on a time constraint, so I had no choice. The adviser was helpful and professional" more

"I have nothing bad to say about Walter Audi's sales and service team. We recently leased a 2011 Q5 with all negotiations done over e-mail or phone. Then it was 30 minutes at the dealership to see the car and sign the papers -- no bait and switch like other experiences at luxury car dealerships (they will remain nameless). I got a great deal that was fair on both ends. I also go there to service my A4 and Q5 and Jesus takes very good care of me! Because I have never been displeased, I will be an Audi driver for life!" more

My service advisor was exceptionally good. 5/4/2011

Gerald Corona my service advisor was exceptionally good. Unfortunately I know owning a Mercedes service repair is very expensive. During these economic hardships my leaning is toward selling it. There should be more of a discounts given for repair service or optional payment plan. more

Extremely friendly 4/27/2011

I had an extremely good experience today with the service department, and I can't say that I have ever had a good experience at a dealership (well, except for Saturn). My SL500 was having issues with electric consumers being offline, and the smart key not being very smart. I thought I would probably have to replace my rear battery, possibly get the alternator or other electrical systems fixed and/or possibly a new key. The extremely friendly staff quickly saw that it was just the key battery that needed replacing. (I did test that, but I guess it needs to have an absolutely full charge to work. And it turns out my electric consumers being offline is a normal problem when you don't drive often.) So they just charged me $7 for the battery and I was out very quickly. I wasn't there long but felt like they weren't going to rip me off. With everything else I thought I was going to have to pay for, they could've easily done so. I will definitely be going back. more

This car was a surprise for my wife, she has fallen in love with it, and has stated, "should I need another car, it will be a Mercedes Benz.
