I purchased that car in under 2 hours WOW!! 1/25/2011

I did love chatting with the Fin, Mgr. Wayne Molter, what a genuine funny man, need more of them in this world. I purchased that car in under 2 hours WOW!! No small prints, no hidden agendas, no lies... plain down right to the blue book. more

The perfect blend of helpful 1/25/2011

Dealt with the salesman Duke.  He was the perfect blend of helpful but not pushy.  I have some credit issues and needed to structure a deal in a certain way which I know probably would not work.  He went the extra mile in pursuing the banks and finding out exactly what the issue was.  The GM was extremely nice too, he greeted me the first time I walked in the dealership and sent me over to Duke immediately.  I didn't end up getting the vehicle due to financing issues out of their control but when the time is right, I'll be back there. more

Really appreciate your courtesy and involvement 1/20/2011

We love our new A4, and really appreciate your courtesy and involvement, Minh's demonstration of the car and in getting the "deal" ball rolling, and Andy seeing us through the financial details. It truly was worth the trip from Irvine to Riverside, and perhaps the best part was "the long ride home" (it really wasn't very far because of the SR241 toll road) in a very enjoyable and compelling new car. more

Impressive 1/14/2011

Had an issue with the front license plate bracket - as in the car didn't come with one - and according to the various forums I researched, some people have had difficultly resolving this with their dealerships. The part + installation would be a costly $200. Ridiculous I know. Expecting the Battle for the Bracket 2011, Ken and Steve @ Walter's made the problem go away within minutes and I'm expecting my bracket in the mail in 2-3 days. Good work fellas, gotta say I did not expect this type of service from anything in Riverside.\r more

Relaxing Experience 1/3/2011

I just purchased a new car from Walters and I was very impressed on how friendly and not pushy they were. They did not play games with us, they did not try to jack up the price of the car for financing. We agreed on a price and then it went to financing, no asking how much we wanted to pay a month, nothing, very simple. They made the overall experience very relaxing. We were treated like a king & queen. more
