I apologize for my delay in response to our wonderful experience with your ""Class Act"" employee by the name of, Duke Truong.From the moment we entered the doors of Walter's Mercedes-Benz in Riverside we were immediately greeted by Mr. Truong with a smile and enthusiasm I've never seen before by a car sales man. Our sale was'nt exactly an easy one for Mr. Truong , however, he never gave up until we were able to leave with the vehicle we wanted. He at no time was like our past experiences with car sales man were one would wish for that person to go away. From the moment we met him he was continuously by our side and completely responsive to our needs. Since the date of our purchase Mr. Truong has called a few times to make sure everything was going well with our vehicle. As noted, Mr. Truong is a ""Class Act"" as a salesman and now, a friend. If I was a manager of a prestigious dealership, as Mercedes -Benz, I would feel especially blessed to have an employee as Mr. Truong working for me. Well, we would also like to say thank you for every other person involved with the sale of our vehicle, it was truelly an awesome experience.
