This review is only in reference to my first scheduled maintenance appt. but I continue to be impressed by the thoroughness of the VW staff. I even got a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure everything was still groovy. more

Axle is the best dealer service rep 11/10/2013

Dealers are dealers and service makes or breaks the loyalty of a customer. I had a decent experience buying the car, but the service has been excellent. Axle has provided a vehicle each time we have frequented the establishment, and my wife (who can make me love or hate anyone) loves the guy. Axle adds value to the business. I am a business owner, and know how difficult it is to find someone who isn't just punching a clock. He has greatly enhanced my view of VOD. more

Did online search and had what I wanted 11/9/2013

I was met by a great sales guy (Ryan). I knew which one I wanted, showed him the one. I was soon driving it! It was nice being told the awesome features and just having fun driving the car. Had a good experience with dealer, salesman (Ryan), and the finance department. more

Service quick and good 11/9/2013

They were ready on time to service our VW Passat. We were give a shuttle to shopping and picked up. All service was done within the time frame. All questions were answered. Car was washed. Everyone was friendly. more

Fast efficient courteous 11/6/2013

Extensive work was done on time, and very well. My only complaint was that the final cost was about 200 more than the higher estimate. If the car continues to do well, it will still be a good thing. more
